Concept & Problem
This is an internal study by Chipsa Design — a concept exploring how we might rethink the premium partner program in iGaming. Not a client project — our hypothesis about what a modern partner experience could look like if we treated it as a two-sided product
Here you will find our visual language, approach to UX, analysis of key scenarios, and the MVP dashboard. The metrics at the end are projections based on industry benchmarks
An affiliate program has two sides, each with different objectives. The public side must convince the affiliate to choose you — your brand, terms, and trustworthiness. First impressions are everything. The dashboard is where affiliates work daily: check statistics, collect payments, grab promos. Speed and clarity matter more than frills. We reimagined acquisition and day-to-day operations as a single product under one brand
Most iGaming affiliate programs fail at both: the marketing page does not sell, the dashboard is stuck in 2015—with a UI somewhere between a landing page and an Excel spreadsheet—the mobile version is subpar, and it takes 5–7 seconds to load the first set of stats. Affiliates put up with it because of the money

Design Principles
Speed, clarity, brand —
Principles Behind the Dashboard
Speed-first — statistics load first, with everything else loading progressively. Time to first content is less than 2 seconds.
Mobile-first — over 50% of partners check statistics on their phones. Brand-driven — every interaction with the interface is part of the brand, from loading state to the payout button.
